Aims and Objectives

• To bring about positive changes in the lives of the rural dwellers through empowerment, education, and development with catalytic effect on the larger society.
• To award scholarships to brilliant but needy students in secondary and tertiary institutions in Akwa Ibom State and elsewhere in Nigeria.
• To promote the spirit of enterprise through self-help economic ventures.
• To develop competitive spirit among the youth through active participation in sports and other contests.
• To promote capacity building through development of employable skills.
• To encourage appreciation of the cultural context of rural life.
• To promote the emergence of a new generation of youth leadership committed to service and continuous improvement of the quality of life of rural dwellers.
• To sensitize the rural people to be conscious of their rights and to guard against social or moral exploitation.
• To promote management education, entrepreneurship development, and research, especially with reference to the impact of Nigerian culture on corporate governance and performance.
